This product is a highly purified cellulase powder prepared by deep liquid fermentation of trichoderma spp. It is a inducible compound enzyme composed of
β-1,4-endoglucanase, β-1,4-exoglucanase and β-glucosidase which can hydrolyze cellulose to produce cellobiose and glucose and thus improve the feed utilization.

Definition of the unit of the enzyme activity: One unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze sodium carboxymethylcellulose (4 mg/ml) to release 1 μmol of reducing sugar at 37°C (pH 5.5) in 1 min (NY/T912-2004)..
Applications:
1. In bean curd production, adding cellulase during impregnation can increase the yield.
2. In instant tea processing, adding cellulase can improve the extraction and keep the tea with natural color, aroma, flavor, and nutrients and without insoluble residues.
3. In the production of fruit and vegetable juice and pollen beverage, adding cellulase can facilitate intracellular exudation, increase juice yield, reduce crushing, improve squeezing and clarification.
4. In alcohol production, adding cellulase can convert cellulose in the raw materials into sugar which in turn converts into alcohol through decomposition by yeasts.
5. In soy sauce production, adding cellulase can facilitate protease digestion by hydrolyzing the cellulose coated on the surface of protein and results in naked protein.
6. In detergent production, alkaline cellulase can selectively absorb onto non-crystal are of cotton fiber, which results in the cotton fiber to become fluffy, hydrate cellulose to decompose, and gelatineous dirts to fall off.

(4) For miscellaneous meal based diets of broilers and chicklings, piglets and aquatic animals: 10-12 g/ton.
(5) For miscellaneous meal based diets of laying chickens and growing pigs: 10-15 g/ton.
(6) For miscellaneous meal based diets of ducks and geese: 15-18 g/ton.
(7) For miscellaneous meal based diets of ruminants: 15-20 g/ton.

Storage:
Store in dry and cool (below 25°C) area with ventilation. During transportation, avoid direct exposure to strong sunlight, rain and moisture. The enzymes will lose activity at high temperature or under strong sunlight. The enzyme activity can be maintained up to 95% for 6 months when stored at room temperature.
