The acidic protease is prepared by deep liquid fermentation of Aspergillus niger. It can hydrolyze macromolecular protein to produce polypeptide or free amino acids under acidic conditions. In addition, the substrate catalyzed by pepsin can be further decomposed by the acidic protease.
Features:

Definition of the unit of the enzyme activity: One unit (U/g) is defined as the amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze casein to produce 1 μg of tyrosine measured as the absorbance value in furin reagent chromogenic reaction in lactic acid - sodium lactate buffer (0.05 mol/L, pH 3.0) at 40°C in 1 min (reaction time is 10 min) (QB/T1803-1993).

(3) For miscellaneous meal based diets of laying chickens, broilers, chicklings, ducks, geese, growing pigs: 120-150 g/ton.
(4) For miscellaneous meal based diets of piglets: 150-180 g/ton.

Storage:
Store in dry and cool (below 25°C) area with ventilation. During transportation, avoid direct exposure to strong sunlight, rain and moisture. The enzymes will lose activity at high temperature or under strong sunlight. The enzyme activity can be maintained at least 85% when stored for 6 months. It can be stored for long period at 5°C. It is corrosive to skin and direct contacting with skin and eyes should be avoided.
